How Automatic Routing Works
When Contact is Created:- System checks Location (City) field
- Matches location to team assignment table
- Assigns contact to location owner
- Sets HubSpot Team to location team
- Process completes within 5 minutes
- If Location (City) is blank → Assigns to CRM Admin team + sends email notification
- If Location (City) is invalid (typo) → Assigns to CRM Admin team + sends email notification
- CRM Admin reviews and manually sets correct location
- Workflow automatically reassigns within 5 minutes
